To participate in a TBUG ride you will need to be insured. We provide two options (if you don’t have cover through another policy such as another cycling organisation):
- You can ride for three rides for free to “Come and Try”. Following three rides you need to be insured.
- Through our affiliation with Cycling Australia (via Cycling Tasmania), we can offer 24/7 personal accident and public liability insurance for your recreational, training, commuting and TBUG riding. This is $79 for individuals (concessions apply) and includes TBUG membership AND insurance.
We are always looking for enthusiastic people to help organise or run events.
Use our Ride Grade Chart to decide which of our rides are suitable for you!
